ACA 2015 was arguably one of the best conferences in some time for ACA International, with the opening key speaker being Rob O'Neill, the navy seal who killed Osama Bin Laden and helped save Captain Phillips. Many were reported as saying that O'Neill was one of the best speakers they've heard in years. Dennis Miller as the entertainment for the president's dinner was simply delightful, though the kids in the crowd were lost from the begging with Miller's very complex analogies and citations.
One major topic at ACA 2015 was Regulation E and the solutions available for E-Signature (Electronic Signature). One solution became the clear front runner for the industry needs. E-Comply by Agent-Z is the ONLY solution that can integrate with most current collection systems so that the agents can lead the consumer through the signature and payment approval process while they're on the phone. The next closest solution requires, at minimum, 8 minutes to transfer the data to the web server and is vulnerable to mistakes by the agent typing in the wrong number for a text message to be sent to the wrong place, assuming the agency's attorneys accept the inherent liability risks of text messaging. Agent-Z's E-Comply became the clear front runner and the most cost effective solution.
