I am honored to be guest speaking on a topic I know so very well.

Bill's illustrious career includes key leadership positions at NCO Group directing call centers and recovery profit centers.  He also held senior financial credit services leadership positions with Citicorp, CarMax, and Circuit City Stores.  Higginbotham also took the Convergys purchased collection center operations from a loss to a profit center.  Amazing talent to say the least.

Today Bill is looking to assist corporations with their executive challenges and help in acquisition purchase and sales due diligence.  "At this point in my career I've had my successes and I'm looking to share that knowledge and mentor companies on an as-needed basis.  I don't have to work any more but I ENJOY assisting companies with their challenges and just can't fully retire."

The Mapes LLC gang loved seeing old friends and making new ones at this years Ontario Systems CAC PowerUp Conference.  We had a great showing and Ontario Systems put on a very nice event this year at the original Marriott Downtown.  Loved the location and all had a great time.

ACA 2015 was arguably one of the best conferences in some time for ACA International, with the opening key speaker being Rob O'Neill, the navy seal who killed Osama Bin Laden and helped save Captain Phillips.  Many were reported as saying that O'Neill was one of the best speakers they've heard in years.  Dennis Miller as the entertainment for the president's dinner was simply delightful, though the kids in the crowd were lost from the begging with Miller's very complex analogies and citations.

One major topic at ACA 2015 was Regulation E and the solutions available for E-Signature (Electronic Signature).  One solution became the clear front runner for the industry needs.  E-Comply by Agent-Z is the ONLY solution that can integrate with most current collection systems so that the agents can lead the consumer through the signature and payment approval process while they're on the phone.  The next closest solution requires, at minimum, 8 minutes to transfer the data to the web server and is vulnerable to mistakes by the agent typing in the wrong number for a text message to be sent to the wrong place, assuming the agency's attorneys accept the inherent liability risks of text messaging.  Agent-Z's E-Comply became the clear front runner and the most cost effective solution.
